Latvia
Radio project: voices of Europe

In a series of radio broadcasts, young people from different European countries living in Latvia present music from their homeland and talk about their reality and experience as Europeans.

The project creates a mosaic of European life, opinions and lifestyles. Each program has a thematic focus, which is particularly important to the young studio guest, such as a “Green Deal”, a new push for European democracy or social issues like migration and social inclusion. The broadcasts are produced by Latvijas Radio 5, the public broadcaster for young people, and can be listened to on air or on the internet. A live-event for the public with talks and music will mark the culmination of the project.
