The scheme enables colleagues working in a EUNIC member organisation to directly experience the work and approach of a different EUNIC member organisation, and to exchange knowledge and gain skills on specific topics or areas of work. Mobility scheme hosting offers often come from a member’s headquarters, but they are also very welcome from member country offices, in addition to EUNIC clusters and the EUNIC office in Brussels.

Main objectives
The main objectives of the EUNIC mobility scheme are:

  • To better understand each other’s approaches, get to know each other better and thereby strengthening the network;
  • To allow direct exchanges between members and encourage the creation of partnerships on different levels;
  • To enhance cooperation and collaboration amongst the EUNIC members on key topics of shared strategic relevance defining contemporary international cultural relations.

EUNIC member organisations are invited to submit a hosting offer of around two days that will take place between August 2023 and June 2024.

24 February: Launch of the call for hosting offers
20 April: Deadline for submitting hosting offers (DEADLINE EXTENDED: 28 April)
2 May: Publication of the hosting offers to the network and launch of the call for participants
20 June: Deadline for applications to the hosting offers
June-July: Selection of participants and matching
