Mobility Scheme visit to the British Council branch office in Manchester. February 2024.
Mobility Scheme visit to the EUNIC office in Brussels. February 2024
Mobility Scheme visit to HEI - House of European Institutes within the programme of Timişoara European Capital of Culture, as part of the EUNIC Romania hosting offer. December 2023.

The scheme enables colleagues working in a EUNIC member organisation to directly experience the work and approach of a different EUNIC member organisation, and to exchange knowledge and gain skills on specific topics or areas of work. Mobility scheme hosting offers often come from a member’s headquarters, but they are also very welcome from member country offices, in addition to EUNIC clusters and the EUNIC office in Brussels.

Main objectives

  • The main objectives of the EUNIC mobility scheme are:
  • To better understand each other’s approaches, get to know each other better and thereby strengthening the network;
  • To allow direct exchanges between members and encourage the creation of partnerships on different levels;
  • To enhance cooperation and collaboration amongst the EUNIC members on key topics of shared strategic relevance defining contemporary international cultural relations;
  • To join the dots between different programme activities of EUNIC and allow for focused follow up and development of connections and topics from recent EUNIC regional seminars, knowledge sharing workshops and cluster fund projects.

EUNIC member organisations (headquarters, branches, clusters) are invited to submit a hosting offer of around two days that will take place between August 2024 and June 2025.

How does it work?
The scheme takes place in several steps:

  1. The call for hosting offers opens on 7 March and invites the network to submit their offers until 22 April;
  2. The call for participants opens on 29 April with the publication of the hosting offers on our website, and the possibility for EUNIC colleagues to apply until 17 June.
  3. The selection and matching of participants will be done in June-July, for the visits to take place from August 2024 to June 2025.
