Sri Lanka: Sea Change

Sixth edition of the multidisciplinary arts festival Cinnamon Colomboscope, the only festival format in the country focusing on contemporary visual arts and interdisciplinary dialogue that has sustained cultural activities. The festival was originally set up by the cluster and was organised jointly with a Sri Lankan team last year. After five editions, this one will be the first one to be fully run by the Sri Lankan team. This edition will be a week-long festival exploring the Indian Ocean as a space of regional collectivity and intercultural dialogue through an itinerary of venues located along the coastline of Colombo. The programme will include: visual art installations, public talks, films, performances, curator tours and a school programme.
